Overview
WP Squared is a hosting platform built for WordPress alone. Rather than exposing a general-purpose control panel and leaving WordPress management to plugins, it presents site creation, staging, updates, backups and caching as first-class operations on the server. It is aimed at providers who sell managed WordPress hosting and want the panel to match that product rather than fight it. Licenses are issued per server and validate against the server IP address, and a one-time setup fee is charged on the first invoice alongside the monthly rate.

Installation
WP Squared is installed on a clean supported Linux distribution over SSH as root. The license is activated against the server IP when the installer finishes, and the first site can be created from the panel immediately afterwards.
Frequently asked questions
Can WP Squared host applications other than WordPress?
No. It is built for WordPress specifically. A server that also needs to run other applications wants a general-purpose control panel such as cPanel or DirectAdmin instead.
Is a separate Softaculous license needed?
No. WP Squared installs and manages WordPress itself, so the Softaculous auto-installer is not part of the setup.
What is the setup fee?
A one-time $1.50 charge that appears on the first invoice in addition to the monthly rate. It is not charged again on renewal.
