Overview
Microsoft 365 E3 with Teams is the enterprise plan bundled with Microsoft Teams, at a hundred seats for a one-year term. Each seat carries the desktop Office applications, a 100 GB Exchange Online mailbox, SharePoint, 1 TB of OneDrive storage, Entra ID Plan 1 and Intune, plus Teams for chat, meetings and calling. It is the same plan as E3, differing in that Teams is part of the subscription rather than a separate purchase.

Installation

How does this differ from Microsoft 365 E3?
Teams is included in the subscription, and this SKU covers a hundred seats rather than five. Everything else — the Office apps, mailbox size, storage and management features — is identical.
Can the seat count be split across departments?
Yes. Seats are assigned individually inside your tenant, so the hundred licences can be distributed however you choose and reassigned when someone leaves.
